Situated on a country lane, just minutes from Albany, Rensselaer, and the Berkshires, Birch Hill has been hosting and catering events for over 80 years. Whether you’re looking to accommodate 20 or 5,000 guests, you can choose from nine of Birch Hill’s indoor and outdoor event spaces. Best of all, we bring our food anywhere in the Capital Region, so if you’ve come to us with a venue already in mind, then let us bring our expertise to you.

With unique architectural details, such as arched beam ceilings and stone fireplaces, our indoor event spaces are a stunning alternative to your basic, boring meeting space. Our recently renovated banquet halls are all complemented by views of the outdoors though the floor-to-ceiling windows along with access to private patios overlooking 70 acres of picturesque gardens and grounds. With over 10,000 square feet of event space, we offer endless possibilities for traditional conference room configurations with team break-out spaces, classroom or auditorium presentations, and meal settings.

Looking for a venue to host an outdoor event? Birch Hill is the largest all-inclusive private picnic park in the area. With three fully floored and covered pavilions, we offer a wide range of outdoor activities, updated facilities, and customizable menu options all designed to make your company picnic or outdoor conference a huge success

We are always willing to accommodate any of your communications and presentation needs. Birch Hill offers Audio, Visual and Technology services so you can share audio, video and presentations from any of our conference rooms or meeting spaces. Tech offerings include:
