Birch Hill has nine venue options available.  From the Birch Hill Estate to the Stablegate Farm and Vineyard, each location is unique and offers something special for any bride and groom. 

If you have always envisioned having a more classic wedding, we have exactly what you’re looking for. Perhaps an outdoorsy or rustic wedding is more to your liking. We offer this too! Or, if you have always dreamt of having your wedding at another venue, we can provide our services there! The goal is for you to have the wedding you’ve always wanted.

Catering

Weddings are beautiful occasions that are full of sentimental moments; there’s no doubt about it.  However, one of the components of weddings that is talked about even more than the love shared is the food.  There can be a lot of pressure put on finding the perfect menu. It needs to consist of the perfect meal and provide a seamless experience for both the couple and their guests.

Whether at one of our venues or another location off-premises, Birch Hill Catering will set up and clean up wherever your wedding brings us. What sets us apart from many other caterers is that most cooking is done on-site. This ensures guests will enjoy the freshest dishes.

Menu Options

With customized menus full of fresh ingredients that support local farms, you have many options when selecting a catering package.  Our packages, while customizable, generally offer a cocktail hour to kick off the reception. This includes a champagne toast to the bride and groom.  

Then, the meal begins with a garden course of choice of salad and progresses to the entreés.  Guests have two options to choose from along with a vegetarian option. Their selection is accompanied by a starch and vegetable.  Of course, the night also includes cake, cupcakes, or pies. A full coffee, tea, and bar service is also provided, including 5 hours of a full open bar.

Birch Hill also hosts tasting events every March.  During which, a variety of our seasonal items are featured. Afterward, we offer couples the opportunity to make their menu choices.  If March doesn’t accommodate your schedule, please speak to a bridal consultant to inquire about a private tasting.

Before and After The Wedding

In many cases, the beginning of the wedding planning focuses solely on the wedding day. But what about the rehearsal dinner? Or what if the celebration doesn’t need to end right away, and it can continue the day after the ceremony?  

Keep your friends and family together for as long as possible to soak up everything about the special occasion!  With Birch Hill, you can experience a fireside rehearsal dinner. 

You can also choose to have brunch the day after to keep the festivities going! We have relationships with many of the lodging and transportation services in the area. This means that we can facilitate any arrangements that need to be made. We will do whatever we can to help prolong the happiness of the occasion.
