Birch Hill Catering – Spring Spruce Up & Summer Ready!

Happy spring cleaning season to all! We’re absolutely buzzing with excitement as we gear up for the upcoming summer and fall seasons here at Birch Hill Catering. This time of year we’re constantly outside, spending every sunny day we can prepping our outdoor spaces and readying our 100+ acres. It’s a welcome change from a winter season indoors. We certainly stayed busy inside, however, investing greatly in sprucing up our spaces to make it even more magical for all of our guests.

One of the things we’re most pumped about is the renovation of our bridal suite. We know how important it is for brides to feel like absolute queens on their big day, so we’ve pulled out all the stops to create a space that’s as dreamy as it gets. Think fresh furnishings, bright decor, and all the little touches that’ll make it the perfect HQ for your big day.

But that’s not all – we’ve also been hard at work at our Stablegate property, making major renovations and updates at the Barn and Lodge. Aside from freshly polishing our dancefloors, we’ve rebuilt both kitchen spaces, including major reconstruction at the Barn. We’ve doubled the size of our prep space and chef line, allowing for an even smoother and exquisite food service for our staff, and consequently, our guests!

And let’s not forget about the great outdoors! Our grounds have been getting some serious TLC to ensure that every inch of Birch Hill Estates is picture-perfect. Winter seems reluctant to let us go this season, but we’ve spent weeks outside ensuring our storm cleanup is prompt and tidy. Whether you’re saying “I do”  at one of our ceremony sites or enjoying our superb barbeque menu, our grounds provide the perfect backdrop for unforgettable memories.

Of course, all this sprucing up wouldn’t be complete without a serious deep clean. We’ve been getting down and dirty to make sure that every nook and cranny of Birch Hill Estates is sparkling clean and ready to welcome guests with open arms. Because when it comes to hosting the best events around, we believe that cleanliness is next to godliness!
